The winglets and winglet installation kits are purchased by the operator directly from API. The winglets and associated components will be installed using OEM wing tooling.

The result is an aircraft with increased range (as specified on the API website, an estimated 5% increase for operators cruising at Mach .80 and over 7% at Long Range Cruise*). It also includes an exclusive LED anti-collision/navigation light system for greater reliability.
