Scheduled Maintenance

Annual Checks

The purpose of the “12M”/”24M”/”36M”/”48M”/”72M” Month inspection is to ensure periodic verification of the aircraft condition regardless of its utilization rate.

Annual Inspection frequency:

  • 12 Month: Every 12 months*
  • 24 Month: Every 24 Months*
  • 36 Month: Every 36 Months*
  • 48 Month: Every 48 Months* (F7X/F8X only)
  • 72 Month: Every 72 Months* (F7X/F8X only)

Annual or Hour Checks

The purpose of the “12M or 800FH” inspection is to ensure periodic verification of the aircraft condition.

Annual or Hour Inspection frequency:

  • 12M or 800FH inspection: Every 12 months or 800 flight hours, whichever comes first.*
  • 24M or 1600FH: Every 24 months or 1,600 flight hours, whichever comes first.*
  • 36M or 2400FH: Every 36 months or 2,400 flight hours, whichever comes first.*

Hour Checks (7X/8X Only)

The purpose of the “800H”/”1600H”Hour inspection is to ensure operational and/or functional capabilities of systems whose condition is related to flight hours.

Hour Inspection frequency:

  • 800 Hour: Every 8,000 flight hours*
  • 1600 Hour: Every 1,600 flight hours*

7X | 8X

B Checks

The purpose of the B inspection is to ensure operational and/or functional capabilities of systems whose condition is related to flight hours.

B Inspection frequency:

  • Falcon 7X/8X: Every 2,400 flight hours*
  • Falcon 900 Series: Every 1,600 flight hours*
  • Falcon 2000 Series: Every 1,600 flight hours*
  • Falcon 50 Series: Every 1,500 flight hours*

C Checks

The purpose of the C inspection is to perform a comprehensive inspection of the aircraft and systems. This is the most wide-ranging inspection on the Falcon aircraft.

C Inspection frequency:

  • Falcon 7X/8X: Every 4,000 flight hours or 96 months, whichever is reached first*
  • Falcon 900 Series: Every 3,750 flight hours or 6 years, whichever is reached first*
  • Falcon 2000 Series: Every 3,750 flight hours or 6 years, whichever is reached first*
  • Falcon 50 Series: Every 6 years*

Any time a Falcon Operator is AOG (Aircraft on the Ground), a GoTeam can be dispatched through the Falcon Command Center which can be reached any time for the speediest response and solution. Falcon GoTeams add agility and dexterity to Dassault Falcon Jet’s Service Centers. Whether a customer needs parts, tooling, a technician or all of these, Falcon’s agile GoTeams can be dispatched at a moment’s notice to assist our operators on-site when necessary to return your aircraft to service.
